Just less than a week following BTS’s release of their
new All-English single “Butter,” the BTS Meal arrives at McDonald’s restaurants
in the U.S., the Bahamas, Canada, and 8 other countries on Wednesday.
BTS meal includes a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets, medium
fries, a medium Coke and, for the first time in the U.S., sweet chili and Cajun
dipping sauces.
McDonald’s says the new sauces are inspired by popular
recipes from its restaurants in South Korea, where the famous band BTS comes
from.

BTS meal will be available in the U.S. through June 20th
and arrives Thursday in 11 additional countries, including South Korea.
Eventually it will be available in nearly 50 countries in May and June.
Customers in the U.S. can place their orders for BTS Meal
in restaurants and drive-throughs, through mobile ordering via the McDonald’s
app or the chain’s delivery service, their McDelivery.
McDonald’s is like a friend who has always been there for me. Burgers, fries, and soft drinks, this is the definition of happiness.

A new TV commercial from McDonald’s will be released
on Wednesday night featuring the band’s single “Butter.” The fast-food giant stated
that it will also “reveal never-before-seen digital surprises each week
featuring the band” through the McDonald’s app.
Also, McDonald’s and BTS will launch a merchandise line
on the Weverse Shop app. McDonald’s announced that the “head-to-toe collection
is inspired by some of the craveable, hand-picked menu items from the BTS Meal,
with dynamite threads like hoodies, purple bathrobes, socks, and sandals.”
