As Phase 4 will be busier than anything attempted so
far, Marvel is now producing an increasing number of movies and TV series that
will feature brand new superheroes and villains.
Aside from that, there’s a renewed partnership with
Sony that will help Marvel tell a story unlike anything ever made when it comes
to Spider-Man films.
Although it came as a surprise because the Aaron-Taylor
Johnson who played an actual member of the Avengers team, and we’ve been dying
to see him back in the MCU again, however, the actor is coming back to MCU as
an entirely different character – a villain.
Taylor was chosen by Sony to play Kraven the Hunter.
As you can recall, he already played Pietro Maximoff/Quicksilver in the
Avengers: Age of Ultron. Unfortunately, he had one of the shortest on-screen
Avengers careers because Pietro was killed during a battle with Ultron.
Both Marvel and Sony have yet to unveil whether Kraven
will appear in the upcoming Spider-Man 3, and it would make sense that this specific
character would be involved with the hunting down Peter Parker (Tom Holland)
now that the world thinks Spider-Man is a criminal.
‘Kraven The Hunter’ movie will be directed by J.C. Chandor
and is scheduled to debut on 13th January 2023, joining Sony’s
increasing collection of movies from the Spider-Man universe.
