Chris D’Elia was charged on Tuesday for purportedly soliciting n**e photos from a 17-year-old girl.

The complaints also states that the comedian urged the girl to come to one of his shows, and then had s** with her. While having s**, according to the lawsuit, D’Elia asked her age and she revealed that she was still in high school. The comedian responded that that was “hot,” the complaint states.

Subsequently, the lawsuit charges that D’Elia continued to pressure the victim to send explicit images. The complaint further states that D’Elia would emotionally manipulate the victim, showering her with attention when she complied, but threatening the victim if she refused the comedian’s demand.

D’Elia is being accused of violating federal child pornography and child sexual exploitation statutes.

The comedian was first charged of seeking explicit images from teenagers last June, after he appeared in the second season of “You” on Netflix. In the show, he played the role of a comedian who sexually abuses teenage girls.

During which, D’Elia said he “never knowingly pursued any underage women at any point.” However, he also apologized for anything he may have done to give offense, saying he had let himself get caught up in his own lifestyle.

D’Elia released a YouTube video, last month, acknowledging that “I do have a problem.” The comedian said he was “doing the work” to be a better role model to his son, and had been in recovery.
