Former couple’s divorce settlement was finally given the green light, two months after she and Konecki submitted their agreement for a judge’s approval. Adele’s divorce was registered Thursday, but it is unclear as to details of the settlement like custody, property, child support, and spousal support.

Previously, Adele filed for divorce from Simon Konecki back in September 2019 after more than seven years as a couple. In April 2019, Adele revealed their separation and quoted irreconcilable differences when she filed her divorce petition. Adele and Konecki share son Angelo, who was born in 2012, and we have yet to know whether or not the former couple will share joint legal and physical custody, or if either parent will receive child support for Angelo.

It has been reported that Adele’s divorce settlement cost her millions of dollars, however, we have yet to learn the exact figures on record. The singer’s marriage was not as high-profile compared with some celebrities, but the star has had an extremely successful career so far, and it’s safe to say that her divorce settlement was not an easy one.

Adele has had significant transformation in the last year, like losing a ton of weight and looking gorgeous. She got back on the stage, hosting “Saturday Night Live,” and it was the first time Adele had been in front of the audience since she lost 100 pounds.

The singer took her IG account to unveil her first hosting gig and said, “Bloooooody hellllll I’m so excited about this!! And also absolutely terrified!” Adele has won 15 Grammys, and she seemed up for the challenge!

Adele thanked her fans, a few weeks ago, after posting a picture for her 10th year anniversary of her Adele 21 album cover. The singer said, “Well I never! Happy 10 years old friend! It’s crazy how little I remember of what it was like and how I felt a decade ago. But Thank You from the bottom of my heart for letting us into your lives and letting me be a soundtrack to some of it x.”

The “Rolling in the Deep” singer can finally move on and focus on her music career. Adele is officially divorced and can close this tough chapter in her life. We are all ready for more of her music. Goodluck Adele!
