The singer bought his new house in November. The said property is described as a single-family house, which means it is a detached or standalone unit in the area. It is a two-story house and spreads across 230.72 square meters.

Jungkook’s new home is located about five minutes away from Nine One Hannam. The said area is known as BTS’s dorm. Although the singer’s new crib is smaller than BTS’s dorm.

Apparently, the location also falls in a diplomatic district which is popular among foreign diplomats and residents. It is reported that the said property is near the Kuwait Embassy, Samsung Seung Ji, and the residence of the Indian Embassy.

There are also many famous celebrities, such as Rain and Kim Tae Hee, already have homes in the lavish area of Itaewon. Park Myung Soo and Hwang Jung Eum also made recent purchases of properties in the exclusive area of Itaewon.
